Founder and strategic architect focused on artist development, management structure, media positioning, business systems, and building durable opportunities around the talent.

LowKey Productions & Media was founded by Markee Richmond and Arlo Tate to give independent creators the structure, presentation, and strategic support usually reserved for major systems—without surrendering ownership or identity.
Founder and strategic architect focused on artist development, management structure, media positioning, business systems, and building durable opportunities around the talent.
Also known as Low NewBreed, Arlo brings the creator’s perspective, Bay Area history, music experience, and a lifelong commitment to independent expression.
LowKey is grounded in trust, patient execution, honest direction, and the belief that an artist’s career should be built as intentionally as the art itself.
Next Level was the three Tate brothers and their cousin Markee Richmond. The group developed in Richmond, California, creating its own music, recordings, and live shows. That self-made foundation led to work with Paul Stewart of Power Move Productions and a defining industry milestone.
Quincy Jones selected Next Level’s “I Don’t Know” to open the 1997 Sprung soundtrack. The moment confirmed something the founders already understood: independent work can reach major rooms when the music, preparation, and opportunity align.
LowKey carries that lesson forward—not as nostalgia, but as operating philosophy. Build the work. Protect the identity. Create the infrastructure. Be ready when the right door opens.
Strategy should increase leverage and clarity, never erase the creator’s identity or disconnect them from the work they built.
Management, media, production, releases, and professional readiness work best when each move supports the next.
Bay Area roots and Tucson grounding inform a company designed to connect serious creative work with audiences and opportunities worldwide.
If you are building something serious and need the right structure around it, start with a direct conversation.
